Day's Precision Thermoplastics work closely with a number of local UK toolmakers, we can provide CAD models, prototype moulds and production moulds. Unlike most moulding companies, we don't charge for creating a CAD model, it's part of the service.
From the outside, a mould tool just looks like a block of metal, but this is the most important part of the process and a good quality, well built mould tool is essential to the consistancy, quality and effeciency of an injection moulding process.
We only provide high quality prototype and production tooling which is ABSOLUTLEY GUARANTEED to last for the lifetime of the product.
